Communication at Terra is essential for coordinating work in a remote, multi-time-zone team. We prioritise clarity, visibility, and consistency across all conversations.
These guidelines apply to everyone. Following them ensures a predictable, efficient, and collaborative workflow.
Apps we use

- Harvest → to track your work
- Google Calendar → to now what events you have in your day
- Zoom → to meet your teammates
- Github → to work in a project
- Loom → to record explanations, feedback or doubts
- Flamingo → to ask for PTO (paid time off)
