Required Accesses
During your first days at Terra, you will receive access to the core tools used across the company. Some accounts are provided on Day 1, while others depend on your assigned projects.
For security reasons, we do not document email formats or access methods in this guide.
Except for WP Engine and tools that require your personal email (such as GitHub), all other credentials are managed through Dashlane.

Section titled “Other Accesses”For other tools and platforms, access is granted based on your role and project needs. If you’re new in Terra, you probably won’t need any of them, but here’s a quick recap of which tools we use for our projects:
Development and Design Tools
Section titled “Development and Design Tools”If you’re new in Terra, ask your manager which :
| Tool | Description | Access Method |

| WP Engine | WordPress hosting platform. Only backend developers working with WordPress receive access. | This is one of the few tools that does not use Dashlane. |
| Sanity.io | Headless CMS platform. Access granted only if your project uses Sanity. | Credentials handled via Dashlane. |
Marketing and Enterprise Tools
Section titled “Marketing and Enterprise Tools”Access depends entirely on each project. Clients often use their own instances of marketing platforms, and permissions may vary.
Credentials are usually distributed via Dashlane unless the client requests a different method.
| Tool | Description | Access Method |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | Used for marketing automation, forms, and analytics—only when required by the project. | Credentials via Dashlane or as per client requirements. |
| Marketo | Enterprise-level marketing automation. Access granted only if the client uses it. | Credentials via Dashlane or as per client requirements. |
Missing Accesses?
Section titled “Missing Accesses?”If you are missing access to any required tool or platform, follow this process:
- Ask in the Europe Slack channel to confirm whether the access is already available or if it should be requested.
- If it is not available or you cannot find the correct credentials in Dashlane, notify your Manager.
